Registration includes:
- Participation to all sessions (plenary and posters)
- Book of abstracts
- A welcome snack on Wednesday 20 September
- Coffee breaks scheduled during the entire conference
- The welcome cocktail on Wednesday 20 September in the late afternoon

Places are limited to 250 participants.
Gala dinner is not included in the registration fees. Rates include 21% VAT.

On September 21st (from 7:30 p.m), a gala evening will celebrate EGEA’s 20th anniversary. It will take place, at in the historic heart of Barcelona, in Cuines Santa Caterina restaurant.
Enjoy an exclusive evening with the conference speakers and celebrate the 20th anniversary of the conference with a buffet celebrating fresh products and Mediterranean cuisine.
